Dr. Julia Stelluto Verchio graduated from Rutgers University in 1997, majoring in Biology with particular attention toward pre-medical studies. While being a patient of a chiropractor for many years, Dr. Verchio realized that she too had a desire to be a physician that treated patients without medication and that focused on a more conservative hands-on treatment that allowed the body to heal itself naturally. She immediately enrolled in New York Chiropractic College where she graduated in 2001.
Since then, Dr. Verchio has specialized in Sports Injury Rehabilitation and received training in various soft tissue techniques, including Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, NIMMO, and MUA (manipulation under anesthesia). She lived and worked in New York City for almost 10 years and had a successful practice in Midtown Manhattan treating various types of patients; musicians, UN employees, NFL and office workers. But the longing to be close to home brought Dr. Verchio back to Southern NJ in Williamstown! Her practice is geared toward helping a range of patients; from the elite athlete to the weekend warrior and from young children to the elderly. She is commited to helping all body types heal quickly and naturally, no matter what the injury or condition.
